Review: Eminence Stone Crop Cleansing Oil

I won this in a prize pack from TheFacialRoom for monthly Eminence giveaway, but all opinions are my own and not influenced by any other brand or site!

Cleanser type: Light oil | $58 CAD (150ml)

My skin type: Mostly normal to dry (eczema flare-ups); prone to acne.

All natural and cruelty-free. No parabens, sulfates, silicones, or alcohol.

Includes sunflower seed oil (first ingredient), stone crop extract, green tea, jojoba seed oil, avocado oil, olive oil, carrot extract (a source of vitamin A).

Overall, a really moisturizing bunch!

Eminence Organics’ Stone Crop Cleansing Oil is an light, silky oil cleanser with highly moisturizing properties.

I’m very happy with this oil cleanser. It makes my skin feel so smooth, soft, and hydrated. If you have dry skin, you should definitely try this out. It also removes makeup without issue.

Being an oil cleanser, it makes a great first step in a double cleanse. Use this at night on your dry skin to remove makeup, grime, and oils, and then rinse. Finish off with a foam cleanser.

I use this for light and even the heaviest of makeup days. I’m talking layers of makeup. Be sure to massage for at least a minute on dry skin before using a trusty foam cleanser (or whatever you prefer) to rinse it all off. I sometimes use my Boscia Konjac Sponge to remove the oil first, and then rinse with a foam cleanser, to ensure I get all the dirt and stuff.

The price point is quite high for me, so at this point it’s not something I am able to repurchase but I definitely would if I could.

This goes onto my list of favorite cleansers.
