I recently grabbed a bunch of Eminence products from The Facial Room. They have pretty sweet deals so that when you spend a certain amount, you get a free item. Currently as I’m writing this, you get your choice of a free mask with purchase. When I did this haul, it was a free moisturizer…pretty awesome. Also, no, this isn’t a sponsored post or anything, no affiliate links. I spent my own coin on this stuff.
I tried a sample of an Eminence moisturizer years back when I was a student and worked reception in a salon; I remember being enthralled by how luxurious and hydrating it felt. I wasn’t really in a place to purchase any pricey skincare at the time, nor did I really care to. But I have always wanted to buy my own Eminence stuff ever since then and I finally did!
Eminence Organics are sold and used in spas all over the world. They’re cruelty free and vegan, which is great. I do question some of the ingredients used as they seem a little extra, but I have hope that they know what they’re doing (I guess I’ll see!). The fragrances in their products, as far as I know, are all natural and come from the plants and herbs they use.
Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant | $48 CAD
This is a powder exfoliator that you mix with water to form a paste. It includes lactic acid, thermal mud, and rice which help exfoliate and smooth the skin. You really don’t need a lot of product, so the amount in here will definitely last a while!
Strawberry Rhubarb Masque | $54 CAD
This is the reason I made the purchase in the first place! I wanted a strawberry mask and luckily Eminence has this one which includes hyaluronic acid and is meant to hydrating. Definitely pricey, but you’re meant to mix it with water so if used properly, it should last some time!
Chocolate Mousse Hydration Masque | $52 CAD
It’s chocolate, it’s hydrating; had to have it. This mask, like most Eminence products, is full of great ingredients like Vitamins C and E.
Coconut Milk Cleanser | $46 CAD
A moisturizing milk cleanser made with coconut milk for normal to dry skin types. Apparently it’s also meant for irritated and/or sun-burnt skin.
Apricot Whip Moisturizer | $59 CAD
Pretty damn excited that this moisturizer was free! It’s super thick, smells like fresh apricots, and is full of Vitamins A, B, C and D.
I have been slowly incorporating these products into a routine to test them all out thoroughly. When I’m ready, I’ll review them all. So far, I will say I’m really liking that moisturizer…
This milk chocolate is seriously delicious, too. I’m not a milk chocolate person but it’s rich as hell.
Thanks for reading ❤
